As a Tupperware Brands Consultant:
Sebagai Konsultan Tupperware Brands:

1. I am of age 18 and above. 
   Saya berumur 18 tahun dan keatas. 
   
   
2. I am required to purchase a Business Starter Kit. 
   Saya dikehendaki membeli Bisnes "Starter Kit".
   
   
3. I am an Independent Contractor. I am not an employee and will not be treated as an employee of the Company. As an Independent Contractor, I will be responsible for my income taxes due on income earned in connection herewith. 
   Saya adalah Konsultan Bebas. Saya bukan kakitangan dan tidak akan dilayan sebagai kakitangan Syarikat. Sebagai Konsultan Bebas, saya bertanggungjawab terhadap cukai pendapatan berbayar dan pendapatan berkaitan yang diperoleh. 
   
   
4. I understand that I cannot recruit my spouse and my spouse cannot join another Consultant or Director.
   Saya memahami bahawa saya tidak akan merekruit suami/isteri saya dan suami/isteri saya tidak boleh menyertai Konsultan atau Direktor lain. 
   
   
5. This contract is subject to a cooling-off period of ten working days. 
   Kontrak ini adalah tertakluk kepada tempoh bertenang selama sepuluh hari kerja.
   
   
6. I understand that three (3) months must elapse before I can join under another Consultant or Director. 
   Saya bersetuju bahawa jurang sebanyak tiga (3) bulan diperlukan sebelum saya boleh menyertai Konsultan atau Direktor lain.
   
   
7. Consent to Personal Data Processing by Tupperware Brands By signing this application form or by becoming, and continuing to be an Independent Consultant, I agree to the processing of my personal data by Tupperware Brands in accordance with the 'PERSONAL DATA NOTICE FOR TUPPERWARE BRANDS CONSULTANT / PROSPECTIVE TUPPERWARE BRANDS CONSULTANT', which is available in the Tupperware Brands Business Handbook.
   Keizinan kepada Tupperware Brands untuk Memproses Data Peribadi Dengan menandatangani borang permohonan ini untuk mendaftar sebagai Konsultan Bebas atau terus kekal sebagai Konsultan Bebas, saya bersetuju untuk membenarkan data peribadi saya diproses oleh Tupperware Brands sejajar "NOTIS DATA PERIBADI UNTUK KONSULTAN TUPPERWARE BRANDS / BAKAL KONSULTAN TUPPERWARE BRANDS" yang terdapat di dalam Buku Panduan Perniagaan (Business Handbook) Tupperware Brands.
   
   
8. I agree to the General Terms & Conditions and Code of Conduct as stated in the Tupperware Brands Business Handbook. 
   Saya bersetuju dengan Terma dan Syarat Umum dan Tatakelakuan seperti yang tertera di Buku Panduan Perniagaan (Business Handbook) Tupperware Brands. 

 

TuppRewards Terms and Conditions

Terma & Syarat

Program Participation

1. TuppRewards program is open to Preferred Customers (Previously known as Consultants) to participate.
   
   
2. Preferred Customers must click "subscribe" tab in TuppRewards portal in the Digital Passport to participate. All information gathered during registration will be used to create the user account.
   
   
3. Participants of TuppRewards will not be entitled to monthly commission, starting from the month that they enrolled to the program. By agree in participating in this program, Preferred Customers are giving the consent of forgoing their monthly commission.
   
   
4. Tupperware Brands reserve the right to reject or terminate participation.
   
   
5. For new Preferred Customers who enrolled into TuppRewards program, we will include their past 7 days purchases for points calculation. (Move to FAQ)
   
   

Program Withdrawal

1. Participants can unsubscribe to quit from TuppRewards Program or auto-withdrawal when they rank up to Director.
   
   
2. Upon withdrawal from the program, Preferred Customers will resume to earn their monthly commission, if they fulfilled the monthly commission requirement.
   
   
3. Preferred Customers who withdrawn from the program can opt to rejoin the program after 45 days by clicking "subscribe" again at TuppRewards portal in the Digital Passport.
   
   
4. For Preferred Customers who sign up for DIQ, we will stop the TuppRewards points accumulation within the DIQ qualifying months. Subsequently,
   If DIQ ranks up to Director, he/she will be withdrawn from TuppRewards.
   If DIQ failed to rank up, he/she must notify the Company via email to MSCustomercare@tupperware.com to resume TuppRewards program without waiting for 45 days, subject to the Company's approval.
   
   

Points Collection & Redemption

1. Points collected are only redeemable after 10 days.
   
   
2. Personal sales entitled to points collection per participant per month is RM2,000 nett.
   
   
3. Points are valid within 12 months from the date of last purchase made.
   
   
4. Please refer to tupperwarebrands.com.my for more details of points collection and redemption.
   
   
5. Participants can redeem their points through eTuppStore.
   
   
6. Participants are responsible to pay for shipping fee for their products redemption or tag along with their eTuppStore orders delivery.
   
   
7. Tupperware Brands reserve the right to change the redemption gift at any time without prior notice.
   
   
8. Tupperware Brands reserve the right to refuse point redemption should we suspect the points were fraudulently accumulated.
   
   
9. Points collected are NOT transferable.
   
   
10. In the event of any dispute arising out of this TuppRewards Program, the decision of Tupperware Brands shall be final and conclusive.
